The service and coffee were amazing, however we wish there were some cookies or small fresh cakes.
Popped in with my daughter today. Monday 5th May. Ordered a light snack and drinks. We both were not happy when our food arrived. I mentioned this to a member of staff. Alaina or Alana ( not sure which ) she was so helpful and apologised to me. She was amazing, I explained why we were not happy and she promptly put it right.Her customer service was second to none. We re-ordered food which was delicious. Always enjoy coming to your coffee shop everytime we visit Birmingham and this experience made us love it more. Thank you so much Soho Coffee. Highly recommend .
The drinks are lovely, the managers is lovely, always excellent service here with consistently good drinks. Much better than other coffee chains. The coffee/matcha taste fantastic and most importantly, is ethical. Highly recommend the strawberries and cream matcha. Definitely recommend and will be returning.
Enjoyed a delicious mac and cheese with friends. The chocolate shakes were to die for! The man who served us our food was delightful and wait time was very short. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful food 5 stars!
Surprisingly good coffee shop on the top floor of the Bullring. We had the Tex Amex brunch (6.90) and a giant spud (7.50). Both were nice and really decent value for money. There were loads of veggie and vegan options and it was pretty straightforward to find something gluten free too. The staff were friendly, and the decor and atmosphere were good!
Very good toasted tea cake, good tea and a nice clean cafe. Staff are friendly and polite. Recommended if you are in Birmingham and need a break.
I visited yesterday first time and the shop is very spacious with lots of seating. I want to say special thank you to all the staff, they were always smiling and very helpful. The tables were cleaned regularly. Thank you
